We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. You will be working with existing and new clients across WA, so no two days are the same.

**Some of the Duties include**
- Installation and customer training of new and existing machines
- Conduct component level fault diagnosis, maintenance & retrofit repair
- Use of Electrical & Electronic tooling and testing procedures to set specifications
- Routine maintenance and contracted service work
- Liaise with the Operations Coordinator and Service Manager to ensure site work is carried out in the required order and timeline
- Liaise with the Spare Parts for parts selection and ordering
- Provide reporting to SCM Group Management on all after sales activities

**What you will need**
- Trade qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical or similar
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Commitment to adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
- A current driver's license
- Previous experience in a mechanical, electrical or woodworking back ground is preferred.
- Experience as field technician or involvement in the woodworking industry or a cabinet making, wood machining background
