Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial doors, including roller doors, roller shutter doors, industrial sliding doors, rapid doors, auto doors, and auto gates. The technician will also perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the functionality and safety of the doors.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial and commercial doors, including roller doors, roller shutter doors, industrial sliding doors, rapid doors, auto doors, and auto gates.
  • Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the functionality and safety of the doors.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Communicate with customers and provide high-quality service.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial doors
  • Knowledge of different types of doors, including roller doors, roller shutter doors, industrial sliding doors, rapid doors, auto doors, and auto gates
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant certifications or licenses, such as an EWP or forklift are desirable
