About the Role

At our organisation, we are seeking a Product Segment Manager to lead and manage John Deere Construction & Forestry product lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing resources and programs to support sales teams in delivering customer service excellence, market share growth, and profitability.

The role involves building a centralised group product strategy, managing John Deere product relationships, researching competitors, and contributing to key metrics such as inventory, sales, margin, and customer experience trends.

Additionally, the Product Segment Manager will lead the specifications required through sales team consultation to meet inventory planning process goals for stock orders, work with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and programs, and develop, deploy, and maintain a national competency framework for sales product knowledge working closely with the Training Team to deliver to the sales teams.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced business and people leader who can drive business outcomes and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
