**Job Title:** Segment Manager

**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the segment/state team in achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive strategic and operational support to deliver financial momentum and discipline.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving an effective operating and sales rhythm, including FTE management, GL management, and localised initiatives.
  2. Leading the embedding of self-service adoption for administrative tasks.
  3. Providing performance-based insights and analysis to support business growth.
  4. Managing Segment budgets and ensuring discretionary expenses are within budget.
  5. Developing and executing customer-focused initiatives and marketing events.
  6. Supporting Leadership and Business Performance Team to drive adherence to the Segment's 'Well Managed' agenda.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidate must have a customer-centric approach and be able to anticipate and respond to evolving customer needs.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and adjust style to different contexts and audiences.
  • Business management skills, including administration, coordination, financial management, resourcing, risk, and business continuity.
  • Planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to identify, plan, track, and resolve dependencies.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to collect, profile, and analyse data to inform business decisions.
