About the Role
The Graduate Clinical Coder position reports operationally to the Coding Manager at the participating Hospital and Health Service (HHS), who oversees your day-to-day responsibilities and workplace performance.
The goal of the program is to ensure focused, timely, and supported on the job training, ensuring participants become confident, competent, and work-ready clinical coders capable of contributing to high-quality clinical coding across all specialties and casemix in a range of hospital settings.
