**GARDENER - OSBORNE PARK**

Godolphin is one of the largest thoroughbred breeding and racing operations in the world with over 440 Group 1 wins in 14 countries since our inception.

We have an exciting opportunity for a general Gardener to join our Osborne Park operation, based in Agnes Banks NSW, Approximately one hour from Sydney, 20 minutes from Penrith and 10 minutes from Richmond.

Osborne Park is a state-of-the-art private training facility that is spread over a 126-acre property. We can accommodate 84 horses in training, split over 4 barns as well as 32 day yards, 27 large spelling paddocks, two horse walkers, a water walker, onsite vet room, rehabilitation barn with 8 boxes and 5 small yards. In addition, we also have a private training track with three different surfaces: sand, synthetic and grass.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Routine lawn and yard maintenance including regular mowing, whipper snipping and edging.
- Routine garden and plant maintenance including regular hedging, weeding, and watering.
- Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges.
- Assist with training track and general property maintenance requirements.
- Comply with all company polices, procedures and industry requirements.

**Criteria**:

- Previous garden, horticulture or farm experience preferred but not essential.
- Current driver's license.
- Well organised, well presented and physically fit for labour intensive roles.
- A proven track record of punctual and reliable work attendance.
