Our client is a reputed global Japanese company, and they are currently seeking for a Commercial Assistant Manager to join in their Perth office team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing requirement associated with LNG, which include LNG Lifting coordination, daily production monitoring, delivery scheduling, processing requests to delivery change and LNG export documentation.

**About the role**:

- Coordination and negotiation with stakeholders such as LNG operator, other lifters, buyer and transporter regarding Daily/Annual Delivery and Lifting Schedule.
- Monitoring and reporting daily production
- Participating in commercial and contractual discussions such as budget, price review, project operation, regulatory response, GHG emissions
- Reviewing and analyzing operator's proposal, making suggestions for improvements and corrections.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Over 3 years' experience of working in operational/commercial role of LNG/Oil and Gas particularly in Gas transportation and processing and LNG/Condensate export
- Broad and intensive knowledge across LNG, oil, gas markets
- Ability to handle daily documentation, and accurately review and analyse reports
- Ability to react to adapting situations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent reporting skills in both verbal and written
- Excellent problem solving, creativity, decision making, data analysis and interpretations skills
- Excellent teamworking and communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team especially with Japanese expats
- Excellent sociability to actively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- PC skills: Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:

- Japanese language skills
- Tertiary education
