Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate arboricultural services to maintain urban forest health.
Lead pruning, tree removals, and vegetation management projects.
Prioritize safety, develop operational plans, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Foster teamwork and effective communication with stakeholders.
Implement tree care strategies to support canopy cover targets and environmental goals.
Qualifications
Skilled professional in arboriculture and urban forestry with strong leadership background.
Proven experience in tree care operations and safety compliance.
Strong focus on operational planning and stakeholder communication.
Ability to implement strategies to enhance canopy cover and achieve environmental objectives.
Remuneration
Remuneration:base salary commencing at $76,426 gross per annum
Adverse working conditions allowance of $1,035 per annum
12% superannuation
Performance payment 1% - 3.5% of annual salary
Annual award increase
