Our SUNSTUDIOS Studio division provides industry leading services and expertise to the creative industry in Australia. These services encompass shoot bookings, production, and event management. Key customer segments include broadcast television networks, film production agencies, online streaming services, industry leading stills photographers, corporate event partners and many more.

SUNSTUDIOS plays a key role in supporting and building our local professional imaging industry. **About the Role**

The role overseeing the studio department, managing the team & coordinating with other rental team leads. It is an exciting opportunity to work for an industry frontrunner and shape the future of our rapidly expanding video subdivision This is a permanent role based in Alexandria, Sydney & reports to the Rental and Studio Manager.

**Scope of the Role**
- Project management of large implementations
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the key goals of SUNSTUDIOS
- Contribute to 50/50 Stills and Motion Revenue Target
- Ensuring all studios are presented immaculately
- Ensuring best in class customer service in the Studios Team
- Co-ordination with studio bookings, reset and set build team
- Managing the department roster
- New business development of key customer segments
- Account management of core customers
- Asset Management - ensure high standard of studio equipment presentation
- Overseeing operation of Sydney Studios Department
- Training staff on system changes and updates to services
- Performance management and performance reviews of your team
- Working collaboratively with the Rental and Retails teams to execute SUNSTUDIOS' core goals

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have team leadership & account management experience. Background in creative industry will be highly regarded.

Key Skills & Experience include
- Teamwork
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Equipment rental experience
- Fluency in Elev8 Insphire, MS Word and MS Excel
- Commercial acumen
