Our client is a dynamic, privately-owned, Australian Company with a great reputation. The company is performing well and they are looking for a permanent L&D Coordinator to join the team in Sydney.

As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be the key contact for managing the Learning & Development operations, you will build strong relationships across the region to ensure that all Learning operations are effectively managed.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Act as the first point of contact for internal training needs;
- Coordinate L&D calendars and events to manage all L&D offerings, including managing invites, booking rooms/facilities, organising training materials, checking room set up etc.;
- Maintain accurate data in the Learning Management System;
- Create bespoke training reports from the LMS on key L&D metrics;
- Build and maintain program satisfaction surveys, send reminders and aggregate data;
- Onboard new consultants, facilitators and providers to the business;
- Manage existing relationships with external providers;
- Set up virtual classroom sessions and provide support during events;
- Prepare communications and other promotional material on L&D offerings and events;
- Support the L&D team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

**To be successful within this role you will bring**:

- Experience working in a similar L&D role.
- Experience working with an LMS.
- Great attention to detail.
- Confident communicator.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
