Seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant

This is a varied, multi-faceted role which will require a flexible approach to prioritising.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- General office duties including answering phones, greeting guest, maintaining our corporate office image
- Coordinating administration and communication between Head Office, Operations and kitchen teams
- Administrative tasks such as reporting and updating of manuals and procedures as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a flexible approach to changing priorities
- Current drivers licence preferred
- Strong proficiently in computer/IT skills including word, PowerPoint, excel & outlook
