With operations across Australia, we support major projects and ongoing maintenance with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships.As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to provide financial leadership across a group of South Australian-based subsidiaries.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on finance leadership role working closely with the Subsidiary GMs and Group CFO to support strategic and operational decision-making.
You'll lead financial reporting, planning, compliance, and commercial support across multiple entities, playing a critical role in improving profitability, cash flow, and business performance.You will:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly Board-level reportingOversee all statutory, tax, and compliance obligationsManage working capital, treasury, and 13-week cash flow forecastingReview tenders, project WIPs, invoicing schedules, and commercial risksProvide financial insights to improve gross margin and reduce overheadsCoach and support site-based teams in finance and commercial processesStrengthen internal controls and enhance finance systemsAbout You:CA or CPA qualification with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance5+ years in a senior finance role, ideally within construction, industrial services, or engineeringExperience with financial modelling, budgeting, and project-based financialsStrong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership capabilityAdvanced Excel skills; Pronto and/or Sage experience a plusAbility to partner with both site teams and executive leadersWhy Tasmea?
