Workplace Relations Manager
This position plays a key role in ensuring the effective management of workplace relations within an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide expert advice and support to clients on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Workplace Relations Consultants in delivering high-quality services to clients, including advising on employment law and industrial relations matters.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's performance and productivity.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and industrial relations legislation, and ensure that the team is equipped to provide expert advice on these matters.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of managing teams and providing expert advice on employment law and industrial relations. You should also be able to demonstrate your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You will need to have a tertiary qualification in law or human resources management, or equivalent experience. In addition, you should have demonstrated knowledge of employment-related legislation, industrial instruments, and Modern Awards.
