Legal Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team in Adelaide. As an integral part of our highly regarded team, you will specialise in intellectual property, technology, privacy and competition law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients across various sectors, including agriculture, energy, higher education, local government, manufacturing and not-for-profit;
  • Collaborate with our national team to deliver complex procurement, distribution and technology contracts;
    - Data security and privacy issues, including policies and data breach management;
    - Competition and consumer law advice;
    - Intellectual property advice and contracts, including an international trademark portfolio; and
    - Major infrastructure and outsourcing projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of technical skill in commercial law, ideally with intellectual property, technology and privacy experience;
  • The ability to deliver clear, quality, commercial and pragmatic advice;
  • A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts;
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment; and
  • An interest in and willingness to contribute to business development initiatives, including presentations, client training and publications.
