**Specialist Business Development Manager NSW & ACT**
- We are one of the Australia's leading healthcare companies
- Full time permanent position based in North Ryde NSW
- Competitive salary (Base + Super + Car allowance)**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement business plans for key specialist groups that promote the use of Healius Pathology to achieve targets within your allocated area
- Relationship building with existing and new clients to ensure support, effective issue resolution and successful marketing activities
- Active participation in revenue focused campaigns, to generate and maintain set revenue targets
- Maintain in depth knowledge of promotional materials, services aligning with clients need.
- Gather intelligence of target market, provide insights on market changes
- Regularly review and report territory performance and market trends to help identify opportunities that directly shape future business plans and activities within the specialist market.
- Build and maintain stakeholder networks/relationships both internally and externally to drive future business growth.
- Work collaboratively with local team to achieve shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience, and insights
- Attending national and state-based conferences when required

**Role Competencies**
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business with specialist sales experience
- Experience in Gastroenterology, Women's Health and Dermatology desirable
- 2+ years working in a similar field
- Ability to develop deep insights, uncover market gaps, drive innovation, collaborate and lead
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving skills to manage revenue and budget initiatives
- Strong negotiation and strategic skills
- Creating and seizing opportunities to expand into new markets
