Job descriptionAn experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Solution Designer is required to support enterprise-scale projects in Melbourne.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex transformation initiatives, applying deep Dynamics 365 CRM expertise across design, development, and delivery.
This is a 12 month contract paying up to $463.72 per day plus super.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in discovery workshops, providing technical feasibility insights, solution options, and thought leadership.Develop solution designs across Dynamics 365 CRM modules, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.Lead the configuration, customisation, and development of high-quality deliverables, including plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.Oversee validation across testing phases, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.Provide technical guidance through implementation, transition, and warranty phases.Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will :Combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, moving seamlessly between hands-on development and solution design.Thrive in collaborative environments, engaging confidently with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrate adaptability, with experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.Possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and present with clarity.Be motivated to contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.Must-Have SkillsTertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.8+ years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.Proven delivery experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement capability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.
