Dynamics 365 CRM Expert Required

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Dynamics 365 CRM initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a technical lead/solution designer with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM to join our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in discovery workshops and provide technical feasibility insights, solution options, and thought leadership.
  2. Develop solution designs across Dynamics 365 CRM modules, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  3. Lead the configuration, customisation, and development of high-quality deliverables, including plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.
  4. Oversee validation across testing phases, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
  5. Provide technical guidance through implementation, transition, and warranty phases.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Proven delivery experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
