Chandler Macleod in partnership with one of Australia's east coasts largest supplier of construction materials, are seeking an enthusiastic Front Counter/Customer Service Administrator for their site in Altona (Melbourne's West)

You will be working at the front desk and will be the first point of contact for our client, responsible for welcoming customers and visitors to the business as well as answering calls. As such it is essential that you have a welcoming, friendly manner and a can do attitude to assist with customer requests and direct their enquiries accordingly.

Full training will be provided. The successful applicant will be paid above award wages and will learn from a highly experienced and dedicated team. We are proud of our positive team culture and supportive working environment.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Being first point of contact for all customer related enquires;
- Building engaging relationships with customers at every interaction;
- Support the operations team with all aspects of daily administration;
- Provide follow-up communications with all relative parties;
- Prioritise customer requests and allocate resources appropriately;
- Daily processing of job cards using business software;
- General administration duties.

**Qualities & Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, and a professional phone manner is essential;
- Ability to use initiative and work independently and autonomously;
- Ability to prioritise and follow up, with attention to detail;
- Time management skills with the availability to multi-task and ensure completion of tasks;
- High level of MS Word, Excel, and strong administration skills;
- Capacity to manage a variety of tasks and outcomes - people, plant, and time;
- Reliable & punctual;
- Positive, friendly, can-do attitude;
- Provide and accept direction and complete tasks to specified standards

**Salary & Hours**
- $65 - $70k + super
- Rotating roster, either 6.30a - 2.30p or 8.30a - 4.30p
