Well established Financial Institution is looking for a Product Consultant

**Your new company**

You will be part of one of the four largest and established financial institutions in Australia.

**Your new role**

As a Product Consultant/Product Owner you will:

- Drive E2E delivery of legal collateral (terms and conditions, financial tables, key fact sheets, target market determination documentation, etc) to support the organizations unsecured lending business.
- Work with a large group of Product Owners to draft required target state collateral and facilitate the review and approval process.
- Business Requirements documentation - Engaging and working with relevant colleagues across the program to support development of business requirements as part of an agile delivery squad

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strategic and Customer Focused Mindset and ability to enforce strategic priorities across EDGE
- Project Delivery Skills
- Strong communications skills to facilitate meetings and workshops, working with a range of stakeholders across the business, delivering packs and presentations
- Ability to be flexible and navigate ambiguity by problem solving to enable continually moving forward
- Background in retail banking (Unsecured Lending experience is highly desired)
- Background and an in-depth understanding of Financial Products and Domains (operations, processes, end users, customers, regulations).
- Experience with white labelled consumer credit products will be a plus
- Understanding of the roles played by Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations, within a Consumer Banking environment
- Organised with documents, tasks and notes and reporting
