Requirements:
Deep Python Knowledge:
Proficiency in standard library, canonical best practices, and multiple ML libraries.
Strong Software Engineering Principles:
Understanding design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies.
Bayesian Statistics Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of Bayesian statistical methods and their applications.
Experience with Multivariate Time Series Data:
Handling complex time-series data sets.
Statistical Inference Algorithms:
Implementing particle-filters and variational inference algorithms.
Fundamental Mathematics:
Strong understanding of probability theory, linear algebra, calculus, and machine learning fundamentals.
Machine Learning Fundamentals:
