Lead Solutions Architect Position

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Solutions Architect to spearhead the development of innovative data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in presales, AI, and data engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategy for our Data & Analytics Practice, working closely with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance.
  • Enhance partnerships between Sales, Engineering Leaders, and internal teams, providing architectural leadership and technical expertise.
  • Design and implement an overall blueprint of our Data & Analytics Practices services, becoming trusted partners to align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical oversight and recommendations on data infrastructure and BI tool configuration to project teams.
  • Build and nurture a team of Solutions Architects responsible for presales, solutioning, and high-performance scalable architecture presentations.
  • Develop focused pitch decks for the Data & Analytics segment and generate statements of work for customer Data Engineering and Analytics Projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience leading Data Engineering and Practice teams.
  • Experience leading platform engineering teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience with distributed systems and policy compliance.
  • Ability to work in complex multi-organization software programs.
