**THE ROLE**:
With a passion for cleanliness, organisation and elevating experiences, you are eager to be part of something Brave & Bold in the vibrant Brisbane Dining Scene

You will collaborate with our guests and team by:

- Supporting the Kitchen Brigade to ensure an outstanding level of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practices.
- Role modelling exceptional workplace health and safety procedures.
- Providing a warm and engaging service experience.
- Collaborating with the team to strive for excellence through elevated experiences.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Your talents will include:

- Previous experience of efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
- The creation and maintenance of a cleaning schedule for the kitchen
- Familiarity of maintaining food hygiene standards
- Passionate to ensure that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean
- Respectful of processes and procedures
- Ability to work with ambitious chefs to support the kitchen operations
- Some experience of assisting with deliveries and stock management
- You will be an effective communicator who can openly work with all departments of the hotel
