We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a
Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager - Nursing
. This role involves building strong client relationships, supporting healthcare staffing needs, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and grow your client network through relationship management
Assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, onboarding, and mobilising healthcare professionals
Investigate market trends and industry insights
Conduct face-to-face client visits
Manage health and safety compliance activities
Ideal Candidate
Passionate about growing your client network
Exceptional at delivering outstanding customer service
Results-driven with a proactive attitude
Self-motivated and a strong communicator
Team player who is willing to go the extra mile
Healthcare or nursing experience is preferred, but a proven recruitment track record is also valuable
