As a specialist Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing existing client accounts, developing new client accounts, and managing end-to-end recruitment assignments for a range of clients, including some of the largest Australian and international brand names.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Strategic market mapping and lead generation activities
- Presentation and delivery of best practice recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
- Maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

**To be successful, you will need**:

- A proactive, professional, and consultative approach to work
- Excellent rapport building and networking skills
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and or client centric environment would be beneficial
- Tertiary qualification or other relevant sales, consulting or recruitment training or expertise would be advantageous
