About the Role

This is a full 360 recruitment role, perfect for someone who wants to take ownership, build a desk, and drive real results.

You'll be trusted to run your market like it's your own business - with the backing of senior mentors, ongoing training, and a collaborative team around you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, matching, and placing top talent
  • Building and managing strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Driving business development and growing your market presence
  • Hitting KPIs and smashing monthly/quarterly targets
  • Being a team player - we succeed together

What We're Looking For

  • A strong commercial mindset and hunger to grow your desk
  • A confident communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Recruitment experience highly desirable
  • Resilience and drive

You might come from:

  • A sales or business development role
  • A background in insurance, accounting, or wealth management
  • Or any professional services role where you've built strong client relationships
