About The RoleOffering a rare opportunity to job our Sales team, we are on the hunt for a motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for residential property and a knack for building great relationships. We've got the stock, you've got the skill to close the deal
Key Responsibilities IncludeResponding to buyer inquiries - no prospecting requiredMeeting prospective buyers, qualifying them, conducting inspections and running open homesLiaising between our Melbourne office and our properties in Albert Park and Hawthorn EastGuiding buyers through the sales process from first meeting to settlementProviding exceptional customer service, and following up promptly with potential buyers

Key Requirements To Be ConsideredMinimum six months in residential property sales (ideally 12 months+)Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of RegistrationFull-time role, 5 days per week - must be able to work every Saturday (Sunday & 1 weekday off)Your own reliable car and a valid driver's licence
You Are A Perfect Fit IfYou are well presented and professional at all timesExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Confident closer, but aren't forcefulSelf motivated, ambitious and drivenOrganised with great attention to detailHave strong rapport building and relationship management skills
