**THE ROLE**:

- Assisting Lead Agent with admin/PA duties
- Organising listing collateral, including market updates, contracts of sale, etc.
- Uploading and arranging open home schedules
- Preparing all marketing collateral for new listings, including signage, brochures, internet
- Liaising with conveyancers, buyers, and sellers regarding contract terms
- Attending 'Open For Inspections' & Private Inspections if required
- Preparing pre-listing kits & reports
- Assisting with Auctions
- Building and managing a client database
- Prospecting, including door-knocking, cold-calling, and letterbox drops
- Executing exceptional customer service to prospective and current vendors and buyers
- Actively participating in Open For Inspections
- Generating and accompanying agents on appraisals

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Preferred 12-24 months' experience in a similar real estate sales role
- Natural enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude
- Self-driven with a goal to grow
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Able to work Saturdays when required
- Have a current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Hold a current driver's licence and own your own car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
