An opportunity has become available for a Finance / Payroll Administrator to join the fast growing Provum team on a full time basis

**About the Role**
In this role, you'll work directly with the Head of Finance across all aspects of the Finance function. We're a growing business and as this is a newly created role you'll have the opportunity to grow and shape the role and influence improvement in our processes and systems.
**What You'll Do**
This is a generalist finance role, which will include working across the following:
- Accurately preparing and processing 5 separate payroll cycles in line with Award and Legislative requirements
- Administering tasks relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Preparing financial & payroll reporting in line with internal requirements
- Supporting internal stakeholders with their understanding of finance processes
- Building new and efficient processes to support the changing needs of the business through continued growth
- Managing and responding to client, employee and other internal queries relating to finance and payroll
**We're Looking For**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Demonstrated experience in an accounts/bookkeeping role
- Demonstrated experience coordinating all aspects of the payroll, including superannuation
- Demonstrated experience interpreting industrial instruments, including modern awards (experience with the SCHADS Award is desirable)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to operate in a high volume environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with XERO accounting software
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a willingness to develop further skills in this area
- Current Payroll Certification (desirable)
