Direct message the job poster from ÇimsaWe are looking for Mechanical Maintenance Planning Leader to join our Maintenance Planning Department at Çimsa Mersin Plant Location.If you are interested in developing your professional career, send your resume and cover note to us.As a member of Maintenance Planning team at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:Leading the planning and execution of mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.Managing the implementation of maintenance strategies and planning systems to optimize equipment lifecycle.Overseeing mechanical maintenance schedules and ensuring the completion of maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safety-first culture within the maintenance team.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall plant performance.Managing spare parts and inventory to ensure the availability of essential components for maintenance tasks.Using SAP and MS Office tools for planning and reporting on maintenance activities.Ensuring a continuous improvement process by identifying and implementing best practices in maintenance planning.This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably a Master's degree in a relevant field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector.Solid knowledge of maintenance planning, mechanical systems, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.Advanced level of English proficiency.Residing in or willing to relocate to Mersin/Adana.
