About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Maintenance Manager - Mechanical. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in delivering high-quality maintenance services and ensuring the safe operation of mechanical systems.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end maintenance programs, including planned and reactive maintenance services. They will be responsible for mobilization phase activities, transitioning into the 24-year maintenance phase from day one operations.

Key responsibilities include observing and documenting witness testing throughout the testing and commissioning program, attending and documenting outcomes from OCC walks across all tunnel and station locations, supporting the review and acceptance of O&M Manuals, and validating documentation and information provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade qualification or relevant discipline experience
  • Proven experience in operational leadership, subcontractor management, and budgeting
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract claim negotiation and cost control
  • In-depth knowledge of building maintenance practices and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools and Microsoft office suite
  • Sound knowledge of OHS&E regulation
