Our current Practice Manager is heading off on maternity leave come September, and we're looking for our next superstar to step in.
We're a tight-knit crew located in Woodend within the Macedon Ranges, providing exceptional animal care with a healthy dose of compassion and humour.
Behind every great vet team is a legendary Practice Manager – and that's where you come in.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
Keep our clinic running like a well-oiled machine
Lead, inspire and motivate our fantastic team
Master the art of daily operations: inventory management, HR, schedules & keeping clients happy
Bring new ideas and improvements
Be the ultimate go-to problem-solver and unofficial team cheerleader
What We're Looking For
Experience in the veterinary field (Practice Manager experience is a bonus)
Great leadership and communication skills
A cool, calm demeanour under pressure
A heart that is big enough for animals and humans
A sense of humour that makes our team laugh out loud (or at least giggle a little)
A drive to support a positive culture within the workplace
A keen eye for detail
