If you're looking for your next challenge at I-MED, this could be the role for you Based in our Caulfield Clinic, there is an opportunity for an experienced clerical member of staff to take the step up to Office Supervisor. This opportunity is a 12-month fix term contract on a full-time basis.

Reporting to our Area Office Manager and working closely with other Office Supervisors, you will be assisting the managing the daily clerical staff workforce requirements.
Based in our Caulfield clinic, you will provide professional and operational leadership to a team of 2 clerical staff members, ensuring efficient and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community, whilst achieving cost and productivity targets.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
- Assisting the Area Office Manager plan and manage daily workforce requirements
- Manage data and information accuracy in the clinic including invoicing and receipting
- Provide clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, monitoring and coaching
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Ability to manage a clerical team in a fast-paced environment
- Enable and empower the administrative team to provide quality service for our patients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Confident with computers and IT systems
