**About the role**
We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team to build relationships, promote growth, and assure quality, as an integral member of our team. The primary focus of this role is to be a brand ambassador and create important relationships with several parties.

Responsibilities will include:

- Actively identify and engagement potential customers and clients, and maintain these relationships
- Develop customer schedules of support, budgets, and costings
- Risk assessments and WH&S assessments and maintenance
- Work closely with other team members to ensure delivery is met
- Collaborate to develop ongoing marketing and sales strategies
- Attend expos and events to actively promote NNA Direct Support Service
- Quality assurance and improvement
- Participate in and share the responsibility of an on-call roster
- Travel required

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have sales experience with the ability to build relationships effectively. You will be professional, hardworking, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

You will possess the following:

- A background in sales
- Strong people skills and an ability to build rapport with customer/potential customers
- Customer service experience
- An organised approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Be flexible and willing to be responsive to changing environments

**Who we are**
NNA Direct Support Service was created to help Australians living with disabilities, their families, and carers. As part of Network Nursing Agency (NNA), we offer in-home support to NDIS participants and caregivers through our large network of support workers and nurses.

Our in-home support services are currently available to people and families across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland.
