Our client is an exciting Australasia market leader. Due to the ongoing success of the team brand new positions have been created for Data Governance Analysts.

**ROLE**
With the business focused on building a 'best in class' data driven culture a brand new position has been created for a Data Steward / Data Governance Analyst to join the team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As the Data Steward / Data Governance Analyst your responsibilities will involve:

- Work with the business to develop and implement brand new data governance strategies and processes
- Development and execution of the data mapping strategy
- Enhance current data management processes, implement data management and provisioning
- Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure data is being utilised and process are documented correctly
- Definition of data quality practices

**SKILLS**
To be successful in this role you must be a seasoned and motivated Data Steward / Data Governance Analyst.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic challenges and proactively recommend intelligent data governance strategies to solve the unanswered questions.
- Operational Risk Background
- Developed and implemented Risk Framework
