This is a great opportunity for a people focused leader to provide mechanical support to our technicians and ensure the smooth operation of the workshop.

**About The Role**:

- Diagnosis and repair of a wide range of American, Japanese and European heavy vehicles
- Supervision and coaching of Technicians and Apprentices
- Follow detailed factory repair and diagnostic procedures
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Provide expert advice in vehicle diagnosis and repairs
- Communicate with customers, service advisors and technicians during express assessments

**About You**:

- Qualification in Heavy vehicle mechanics
- Experience leading and coaching Technicians
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- An understanding of safe work practices and confidence to promote a strong safety culture
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with European, American or Japanese truck brands is not essential but will be highly regarded
