Join to apply for the Workshop Controller role at Autoleague. Bibra Lake Nissan has an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller/Technician to join our successful Servicing team.
You will be part of leading the workshop team, creating a positive workplace environment, coaching and mentoring workshop staff and apprentices, and performing the occasional vehicle servicing and maintenance as a technician. The role involves working alongside management to ensure KPI's and targets are met, while ensuring quality control and compliance. This position will involve working in a dual role of a Workshop Controller and Automotive Technician.

Responsibilities- Lead a workshop team and create a positive workplace environment
- Coach and mentor workshop staff and apprentices
- Perform occasional vehicle servicing and maintenance as a technician
- Work with management to ensure KPIs and targets are met
- Ensure quality control and compliance within workshop operations
- Operate in a dual role of Workshop Controller and Automotive Technician
- Strong Organisation Skills
- Disciplined and able to lead a workshop team
- Good OHS understanding
- Highly Motivated
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- A Current WA Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
- Workshop leadership experience is essential
