Workshop Controller

Bibra Lake Nissan has an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller/Technician to join our successful servicing team. This role involves leading the workshop team, creating a positive workplace environment, coaching and mentoring staff and apprentices, and performing vehicle servicing and maintenance.
The position requires working alongside management to meet KPIs and targets, ensuring quality control and compliance. It is a dual role of Workshop Controller and Automotive Technician.

- Highly motivated
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Current WA manual driver's license
- Enthusiasm and desire to succeed
- Workshop leadership experience
