. Bibra Lake Nissan has an exciting opportunity for a
Workshop Controller/Technician
to join our successful Servicing team.
You will be part of leading the workshop team, creating a positive workplace environment, coaching and mentoring workshop staff and apprentices, and performing the occasional vehicle servicing and maintenance as a technician. The role involves working alongside management to ensure KPI's and targets are met, while ensuring quality control and compliance. This position will involve working in a dual role of a Workshop Controller and Automotive Technician.

Responsibilities
Lead a workshop team and create a positive workplace environment
Coach and mentor workshop staff and apprentices
Perform occasional vehicle servicing and maintenance as a technician
Work with management to ensure KPIs and targets are met
Ensure quality control and compliance within workshop operations
Operate in a dual role of Workshop Controller and Automotive Technician
Qualifications
Strong Organisation Skills
Disciplined and able to lead a workshop team
Good OHS understanding
Highly Motivated
Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
A Current WA Drivers Licence (Manual)
Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
Workshop leadership experience is essential
