**About the role**

The Project Administrator - Smartsheet is part of HammondCare's Project Management Office (PMO). They will be** responsible for the development, training, user support, and reporting oversight of our PMO tool, currently Smartsheet.**Additionally, the individual will assist with other project administration tasks as needed.

**_ This is a permanent position, based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities._**

**Key Responsibilities include**

**Smartsheet System Development**
- Develop and maintain the Smartsheet system to support project management activities
- Customise Smartsheet templates and workflows to meet the needs of various projects and initiative
- Implement best practices for Smartsheet usage and ensure data integrity

**Training and User Support**
- Provide training sessions to team members and stakeholders on how to effectively use Smartsheet
- Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Smartsheet
- Create and maintain user guides and training materials
- Administer and support the Smartsheet Centre of Excellence to promote best practice across the organisation

**Reporting Oversight**
- Oversee the generation of reports through Smartsheet to track project progress and performance
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with project managers to gather and analyse data for reporting purposes

**Project Administration**
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes
- Support project managers in tracking project budgets, resources, and timelines
- Coordinate project meetings and facilitate communication among project team members

**PMO Office Support**
- Assist the GM PMO & Transformation with the development of the PMO office
- Support the PMO Community with resources and insights

**About You**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- Proficiency using Smartsheet
- Proficiency using Excel or other project management tools
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
