    Our client, a growing insurance company are seeking a dedicated Property Claims Consultant to join the team, delivering proactive claims management and upholding the company's reputation for excellent service.

    Reporting to the Claims Team Leader you will be:
    • Managing a portfolio of Strata claims
    • Liaising with builders, assessors, brokers, and strata managers to achieve exceptional service standards.
    • Supporting the Claims Leadership and State Management team
    • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and AFS Licence conditions.
    • Working closely with industry professionals including builders, engineers, brokers, and strata managers.
    You will have:
    • Proven experience in Property claims, essential
    • Home & Contents, Loss Adjusting, Building Restoration claims experience also considered
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
    • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
    • A customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence
