About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Google Authorised Trainer to join our team.
As a key member of our Authorised Training Partner organisation, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality training sessions on Google Cloud Platform to a diverse range of clients.
In this role, you will leverage your deep technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills to enable our customers, helping them to effectively adopt and utilise Google\'s cutting-edge technologies to drive their business objectives through learning. Your day-to-day
Training Execution
Deliver engaging, GCP training sessions for a variety of audiences, from beginners to advanced users, across the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Preferred tracks include Generative AI, AI/ML, MLOps, Data and Infrastructure
Prepare and manage the technical logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions, including configuring Google Cloud projects, setting up lab environments, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Identify bespoke client training needs and build the appropriate training accordingly
Collect and analyse training session feedback to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Training Business
Help support the growth of our Mantel training business
Mentor junior trainers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions, helping to elevate the technical expertise and delivery skills of the entire training team.
We also realise that to be your best trainer, continuing to have experience consulting in projects can provide depth to your training capability. From time to time, you may also support our award winning consulting team to consult.
What you'll need to be successful
Proven experience working as a Google Trainer in the preferred tracks
Demonstrably high CSAT record over a minimum of 5 years in the ANZ region
Proven expertise and experience in Cloud Technology
A clear passion for Google's solutions and culture and a passion for teaching
Strong technical background with the ability to design and build solutions across Google technologies.
GCP certifications
Mandatory - Google Cloud Certified Trainer certification
Nice to have - Google Cloud Certified Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Generative AI Leader
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
A deep understanding and alignment with Mantel\'s culture and principles
