We are seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Developer/Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining the Salesforce system while also providing design expertise to ensure the Salesforce platform meets the needs of the business and supports the sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design mock-ups.
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as approval process and Flow.
Manage the work of a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring as needed.
Participate in the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
Provide design expertise for Salesforce Lightning pages, Community pages, and other Salesforce-related UI/UX elements.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and make recommendations for their adoption as appropriate.
Act as a technical liaison between our business stakeholders and third-party vendors or consultants as needed.
What you'll need:
Minimum of 5+ years' experience implementing and supporting large scale, complex solutions on Salesforce.
Strong communication, problem solving, collaboration and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
