Overview
The Role Reporting to the Operations & Design Manager, you'll manage store operations, procurement, and inventory control.
You'll supervise a small team, ensure accurate stock levels, coordinate supplier relationships, and drive process improvements to meet customer and project needs.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and spare parts sales
Maintain accurate inventory through stock takes, cycle counts, and reporting
Forecast demand, prevent shortages, and reduce excess stock
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers
Raise purchase orders and manage procurement within budgets
Coordinate logistics and improve dispatch processes
Lead and mentor staff while ensuring safety compliance
Qualifications
Experience in procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Proficient with ERP systems
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Committed to confidentiality and quality customer service
