Overview

The Role: Reporting to the Operations & Design Manager, you'll manage store operations, procurement, and inventory control. You'll supervise a small team, ensure accurate stock levels, coordinate supplier relationships, and drive process improvements to meet customer and project needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily store operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and spare parts sales.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through stock takes, cycle counts, and reporting.
  • Forecast demand, prevent shortages, and reduce excess stock.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage procurement within budgets.
  • Coordinate logistics and improve dispatch processes.
  • Lead and mentor staff while ensuring safety compliance.

  • Experience in procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with ERP systems.
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
