Procurement And Inventory Coordinator

The Role Reporting to the Operations & Design Manager, you'll manage store operations, procurement, and inventory control.
You'll supervise a small team, ensure accurate stock levels, coordinate supplier relationships, and drive process improvements to meet customer and project needs.
Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and spare parts salesMaintain accurate inventory through stock takes, cycle counts, and reportingForecast demand, prevent shortages, and reduce excess stockNegotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliersRaise purchase orders and manage procurement within budgetsCoordinate logistics and improve dispatch processesLead and mentor staff while ensuring safety compliance Qualifications Experience in procurement, inventory, and warehouse operationsStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsProficient with ERP systemsOrganised, proactive, and solutions-focusedCommitted to confidentiality and quality customer service
