**About the role**:
**Duties include**:

- Resolve customer phone and online enquiries.
- Maintain the development tracking system.
- Maintain NAR (Name & Address Register).
- Process customer transactions.
- Develop and manage website content.
- Assist with maintenance of standard operating procedures and processes.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Certificate IV in Local Government (Planning) or equivalent.
- Sound understanding of NSW Environmental Planning Instruments
- Sound understanding of Development Assessment Process
- Demonstrated experience in using the NSW Planning Portal
- Demonstrated experience in Plan Reading
- 3 years in a similar role

**Salary**: From $76.3k p.a. + Superannuation + organisational bonus (up to $2k) + individual bonus (up to 2% of base salary)
