This roster is 5/2/4/3 and a 10 hour day.

About the Role This isn't a seat-and-repeat gig.
As our Day Services Operator, you'll be the kind of person who knows where things are, how they work, and what to do when they don't.
Reporting to the Day Services Supervisor, you'll be part of a small, capable crew that keeps the heart of the plant pumping,from reagents to RO systems and tailings.
You'll be trusted to step in across multiple areas, cover for others when needed, and keep things running smoothly.
It's a role for someone who likes variety, values structure, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.What makes this role different?

You've probably worked in a plant, on a farm, or in a workshop, and you know your way around pumps, valves, and systems.
You're the kind of person who reads the room, follows the rules, and gets on with the job.
