With our fleet expanding, we are seeking additional qualified Heavy/Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our Maintenance crew in Dysart and the Galilee Basin.Your Responsibilities:Maintain our MPU's and ancillary mobile and fixed equipment.Provide site-based assistance with breakdowns, diagnostics, and fault finding.Work successfully within a team, autonomously, and unsupervised.Be willing to work in remote locations.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.Previous experience in maintaining MPU's, MMU's, or HR vehicles (highly regarded).
A current Queensland Explosives Security Clearance or the ability to obtain.A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.Physical fitness and readiness for demanding work.Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.Proficiency in using maintenance management systems, tech-tools and other relevant computer software.Who is Platinum Blasting Services?
