Heavy Vehicle Operator Role

This is a full-time permanent position, working on the night shift at a magnesia transportation facility. As part of our team, you will be responsible for transporting and manoeuvring bulk magnesia using modern heavy vehicles and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transporting and manoeuvring bulk magnesia products to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.
  • Maintaining the safe operation of equipment and adhering to load restraint guidelines to prevent any potential hazards or incidents.
  • Working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve job requirements and promote a culture of safety and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted MC licence to operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Good understanding of load restraint guidelines and practices to ensure secure cargo transport.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to maintain and repair equipment as needed.
  • Positive attitude towards the transport industry and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in side-tipping operations (training provided) to enhance job performance and career development.
