You will be working with a friendly team that is incredibly welcoming and passionate about everything baking.How You Will Rise To The OccasionIn this role, you will produce a wide variety of baked goods including pies and celebration cakes, while utilising a range of skills from running high speed processing equipment to manual handling ingredients and finished product.Core DutiesProduce a range of pastry and cake products utilising your trade skills and plant bakery experience.Set-up and monitor production to maximise quality and minimise waste.Ensure production targets are met whilst ensuring HACCP quality and safety adherence at all times.Provide leadership in continuous improvement and team effectiveness.Importantly, you will follow health and safety standards while ensuring that your area is clean and maintained at all times.Please Note: public transport is quite challenging in this area and as such you will need a car to get here.THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEEDAboutWe are looking for individuals who are passionate about baking and making people happy, and who have the right attitude
